Join us for an evening of historic storytelling as we welcome Mike O’Connor, aviation historian and author of the celebrated book Badger Aces: Wisconsin Fighter Aces 1917–1972. Set just days before Veterans Day, this timely presentation highlights the lives and legacies of nine Milwaukee-area fighter aces whose courage and achievements helped shape American military aviation—from World War I through the Vietnam War. Whether you're a dedicated history lover, aviation enthusiast, or someone who simply enjoys the warmth of a good story shared in good company, this fall gathering promises to be both heartfelt and memorable. Additionally, books will be for sale that night directly from the author. This event is open to the public and airport parking is free.
