Give back while getting fit- we are all training for the Spooky Sprint 5K on Saturday, October 26th! We welcome all ages and fitness levels to help mentor our kids (and cops) through 1.2-2.5 miles of a variety of paces preparing for race day. Huge thanks to our law enforcement partners who support us on "the course" with bike safety and a Gator sweep with refreshment at the end for all our participants! Arguably THE safest way and place to run on the Greenway is Thursdays at Vic Thomas Park- join us!
