Badass Human Race Prep. Session 01

BADASS TRAINING EVENT #1 hosted by Run For It!

As we gear up for Badass Human Race, we’re launching a series of 4–5 official training sessions with local gyms to help athletes build strength, skill, and confidence for race day.

Our first session at PowerHouse will focus on the opening course obstacles:
• Barricades
• Farmers Carry
• Box Jumps

Come learn proper technique, improve efficiency, and train with Run For it and the Badass Ambassadors, open to all levels!

We’ll be running a 45min HIIT workout targeting the key muscle groups needed to perform each obstacle efficiently.

We’ll meet on the turf area (to the left when you walk in).
