Edoardo Cino is a freelance dance artist based in Munich. Edoardo worked as soloist dancer with Saarländisches Staatstheater and Tiroler Landestheater and performed works of renowned choreographers such as Stijn Celis, Jiri Kylian, Andonis Foniadakis, Kurt Jooss, Anjelin Preljočaj, Anna Konjetzky and Moritz Ostruschnijak among others. He has given dance-training to professional actors in Saarländisches Staatstheater and Theaterhaus Jena and he is currently invited as guest teacher for Tiroler Landestheater.
class description:
The first part of the class will be focused on physical conditioning with exercises derived from pilates practice and aimed to properly prepare our bodies to further dance explorations. In the second part of the class we will explore fundamental elements of contact improvisation and floor-work technique. The last part will be dedicated to improvisation sessions focused on topics such as dialogues, reactivity, situation-response and horizontal community.
