B.A.D.
Broad Athletic Development
Key words: Coordination, Soft acrobatics, Movement Puzzles, Failure & Frustration
We research the question if we can get better at Most things by doing some CRUCIAL things. How can we get better at learning new movements? How can we react better at something like a bad fall, and upping the chance that it is not life changing? Why is learning skills in variation so much better than in perfection in the long term? What if i told you we will train the missing links in your Movement practice? Expect Fun but very challenging tasks and games designed to make you a better mover in every sense of the word.
F.R.E.E.
Flow Readiness Embodied Exploration
Key words: Movement situations & Partnering
An exploration of body-to-body coordination with the focus on Play, Dance, Improvisation, and partner games sprinkled with a philosophical sauce of morality, society, and communication...
It's a practice about all forms of body-to-body coordination. To dance, to wrestle, to hug, to choke, to perform, to compete, or in short to either move with another person or to move against them.
To move with or to move against are two sides of the same coin and many valuable lessons can be found exploring the thin line between these two. And that line is exactly what FREE-PLAY is about. In a sense, it is best experienced to fully understand it.
How can we communicate more effectively using only our bodies? How can we playfight in such a way that the both of you can't wait to play again? How can we get connected on a deeper level through touch?
