Join us at for a solo-set from Bad for Education founder, lead singer, and guitarist, William Walker.'Bad For Education' is an independent surf and punk-rock band from Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, and is the creation of lead singer and guitarist William Walker. Bad For Education have earnt their stripes on the Auckland music scene since dropping their first LP in 2016, going on to share concert line-ups alongside legendary New Zealand music acts including Dave Dobbyn, The Exponents, and Hello Sailor.
Bad For Education is a vibe reminiscent of the New Zealand’s 80’s indie and alt rock scene; performed with style, swagger and sincere lyrics. Influences include The Strokes, Lou Reed, and blues music.
