Diana Duta is a Brussels-based artist working with sound in hypnotic ways, with a background in art and socio-cultural linguistics. Her work focuses on concepts of mimesis and reiteration within the linguistic and the biosemiotic worlds, on embodied listening and how non-humans communicate. She makes works for radio, installations and experimental music as DIAN. In 2023, she received a Sound therapy training from the Institut Français de Sonothérapie.
Julia E. Dyck is an artist and hypnotist. Her relational and speculative practice explores the possible connections between the body, (sub)consciousness & technology through performance, composition, installation and transmission. Trained as a hypnotherapist, Julia creates experiences of collective transformation and somnambulism with a focus on the sonic.
