This class is 100% hands-on and teaches you fundamentals and techniques to master your backyard BBQ on Smokers, Griddles and Grills.

Whether you’re brand new to smokers and grills, or looking to learn techniques and tips from the experts, this class is for you.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In this class you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Championship pitmaster instructors to cook wings on charcoal smokers, pellet smokers, charcoal kettle grills, and flattop griddles.

While students cook wings, our instructors will teach you to cook the perfect pork tenderloin, and drum smoked sausages.
