Head into the underground stacks with our curators and explore the Library’s vast book, manuscript and picture collections.About this Event
Unseen beneath the Library’s Macquarie Street building are five levels of storage with over 80 kilometres of shelving. This curator-led tour takes you into the heart of the Library to look at rare gems and the inner workings of one of Australia’s major cultural institutions.
Please note: This tour is suitable for ages 12 and over. It involves a significant amount of walking.
