Tailored to both backpacks (university students or recently graduated) and briefcases (employers) this is a one of a kind event that focuses on both!

The afternoon starts off with seperate workshops facilaited by Involvi HR:

Employer Session: We will explore optimal ways to recruit and onboard individuals regardless of generation. Let us guide you to finding your perfect candidate while ensuring your internal processes set you up for success!

Student Session: We will share best practices for job hunting, asking the right questions and what things employers will be looking for outside of schooling and grades. Let us help you land your dream job!

The briefcases and backpacks will end the afternoon networking where we will encourage attendees to talk about things not related directly to work, but to actually get to know the humans in the room!
