End your summer with a race that emphasizes everything that rocks about running! Community, fun, sweat, and meeting a challenge head on!
Join us in and around the grounds of Skokie's Backlot Bash in Downtown Skokie for Skokie's Backlot Dash 5K Run & Walk and a Kids' Half Mile Color Fun Run!
Before the Backlot Dash Bring the kiddos out for a fun and colorful ½ Mile Fun Run! Participants run an out and back course while being showered with colorful powder. White t-shirts will be included with registration.

Saturday, August 24
Race day registration – 6:30-7:30 a.m.
Kids' Half Mile Color Fun Run – 8 a.m.
5K Race – 8:30 a.m.
Awards ceremony will follow the 5K Run. Then rock out at Skokie's Backlot Bash all day Saturday and Sunday, as well as the night before!
