This full-day workshop is designed for individuals who are feeling stretched, overloaded, or disconnected from themselves and want space to slow down, reflect, and reset.

Back to You focuses on burnout awareness and release through structured conversation, guided reflection, and a creative, hands-on release experience. This is not about pushing harder or fixing yourself it’s about understanding what’s been weighing on you and creating room to come back to yourself with clarity.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore how burnout builds quietly, how it shows up differently for everyone, and how to begin releasing what no longer needs to be carried.

What’s included:

• A full-day guided workshop (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Healthy lunch provided (dietary options will be sent out in advance)
• Refreshments throughout the day
• All materials for the creative release experience
  

What to know before you arrive:

• Paid parking is available directly in front of the building
• The workshop is held in a wellness studio
• Please bring indoor shoes if you prefer to wear shoes inside
