Back to Work After Parental Leave – Free Workshops

Are you a young parent getting ready to return to work after parental leave? Join us for a FREE 4-part workshop series designed to support you in rebuilding confidence, refreshing your skills, and balancing work and family life.

📍 Location: 2340 Dundas St W, Suite 301, Toronto, ON (Info Sessions available in-person or online; Arts Workshops are in-person only)
📅 Dates: Oct 16, Oct 24, Oct 30, Nov 6
🕑 Time:

• Info Session (2:00 – 3:00 pm) – Led by professionals in HR, employment services, and related fields.
• Creative Arts Workshop (3:20 – 5:00 pm) – Hands-on activities to de-stress, build confidence, and create something meaningful (in-person only).

• Refreshing your resume
• Managing return-to-work anxiety
• Balancing work and family life
• Understanding your workplace rights as a parent
• Plus creative workshops like tote bag design, gratitude jars, memory keepsakes, and vision boards!

👩‍👩‍👧 Who can join?
Youth ages 18–30 who are preparing to return to the workforce after parental leave.
