We’ve all been less social than normal, some of our bodies don’t look the way they did a year ago and for most of us the thought of connecting with an in-person audience is exciting but scary! This class is for anyone who wants to get in touch with their body (again or for the first time) and start connecting to an in-person audience again. Each class features fundamental skills training (or refreshers for seasoned performers) and practice plus a fun, sassy burlesque routine to get you moving and loving all that you are. Optional performance opportunities dates TBD pending local regulations.

Bodies of all colors, shapes, sizes and abilities enthusiastically welcome!

Two Options to Join!

Join us in person at a dance studio. In- Person classes are $100 for 4 weeks, plus a 1 hour 1-on-1 session with MSY to work on any areas you have issues with or help plan your reentry to society! Due to covid space is limited to 10 students

Virtual - Watch live during class to interact with other students or watch on-demand. $75 for 4 weeks plus a 1 hour virtual 1-on-1 with Miss Spent Youth

All students gain access to Miss Spent Youth’s Academy of Mischief private facebook group for on-going learning and connecting with other students. Plus performance opportunities in Alumni shows and events.

Let’s get back in performance shape together! Each class we’ll do some fun exercises to remind your body what it feels like to grace the stage with pose and confidence. Then we’ll learn a fun routine to get you dancing and enjoying the tease again. Get back in the “mode” of performing and shining!

Not a performer (yet)? That’s ok! This class is for all levels and is a great option for anyone who wants a sexy workout to get there body moving while working on posture, pose, confidence and getting to know your brand of Sexy!
