Back to the Roots III – Ashtanga Vinyasa and Mysore Style

In Back to the Roots III we delve deeper into the Ashtanga Vinyasa method, combining the structure of the Primary Series with the personalized approach of the Mysore Style. This workshop is perfect for those who want to deepen their practice and develop a personal sadhana.

Participants will thoroughly examine the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, emphasizing breath, movement and drishti. The Mysore Style offers individual guidance, allowing you to progress at your own pace and adjust the sequence to your specific needs.

This series not only benefits those attending traditional Mysore or LED classes but also enriches various Vinyasa styles.

Suitable for all levels, although it is not recommended for total begginers.

Registration includes an optional online Ashtanga Vinyasa LED class on Saturday, October 19th, one week before the workshop. While not mandatory, this session is highly recommended to help you arrive well-prepared.
