Get ready to kick off the new school year with an afternoon of fun, community, and support at our Back-to-School Summer Block Party! District Attorney Sonya F. Allen, along with our valued community partners, is excited to welcome families for a special event dedicated to helping local students start the school year prepared, confident, and ready to succeed.

Join us on Saturday, July 18, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Redbud Blossom Family Justice Center, located at 277 Fairground St. SE, Marietta, GA 30060.

Families can enjoy a variety of free activities and resources, including:

Free school supplies
Backpacks
Haircuts
A bounce house
Food trucks
Live entertainment with a DJ
A delicious meal catered by Whataburger

In addition to celebrating together, we're asking our community to help make an even greater impact. We are accepting school supply donations through July 17 to help fill backpacks for students in need. Every notebook, pencil, folder, and backpack donated helps ensure a child begins the school year with confidence and the tools they need to learn.
