Back to School Open House! Free Class Every Wednesday in September

Time to get focused, get strong and feel confident for the '26/'27 school year!
Born Strong Martial Arts in a nonprofit martial arts organization dedicated to serving East Dallas youth and their families. Our self defense forward curriculum helps kids detect threats early, de-escalate dangerous situations, and feel confident to use their voice and protect themselves.
Our vision is a safer, stronger Dallas through education, awareness and compassion.
Come give us a try this September for our Back2School Open House series!
FREE Intro Class every Wednesday in Sept. at 5:00PM
Ages 5-12 are welcome!
Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to fill out our waiver and intake form.
These classes will be held in the small multi-purpose room at Samuel Grand Recreation Center.
Please note, your child will need a Dallas Recreation Card to participate. Cards are free for Dallas youth, sign up at the front desk of your local rec. center or online at dallasparks.org
