End the Summer with a splash at our Foam Party on Aug 2nd 12pm-1pm 🌞🌊

Join us as for the perfect way to celebrate the end of the summer with friends and neighbors.

We will have Family Friendly Music, Food and Farmers Market. More details about the event will be coming your way soon, but mark your calendars now for an afternoon of foam-tastic fun! Make sure to RSVP for any updated details.

We will be collecting donations for teachers to also buy whatever supplies they need from their wish lists (please refer to Wedgefield School FB for those lists)

Event Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for and/or attending the Foam Party event, all participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, weather-related conditions, equipment-related incidents, and other risks associated with outdoor recreational activities.

Participants, and the parents or legal guardians of any minor participants, assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in the event. By registering for or attending this event, participants agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, Wedgefield School, property owners, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the event, including personal injury, property damage, illness, or other losses, except where prohibited by law.

Participants are responsible for supervising their children at all times. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

By completing registration and/or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability.
