Back-to-School Birdhouse Build | Second Sunday Builders

Get ready for a fun morning of building, creativity, and hands-on learning at our August Second Sunday Builders workshop!

In this beginner-friendly class, kids and their grown-ups will build and customize a wooden birdhouse that's perfect for welcoming feathered friends into your backyard. Along the way, young builders will learn basic woodworking skills using reclaimed materials, practice using real tools safely, and gain confidence through creating something with their own hands.

This project is designed for beginner builders. No previous woodworking experience is needed—all materials, tools, and instruction are provided.

As summer winds down and the school year approaches, this workshop is a great opportunity to spend quality time together, unplug from screens, and build something meaningful before heading back to the classroom.
