Appointment Information:

Appointments are scheduled by hourly blocks. It will be first come, first served within the assigned hour of your appointment time. Each physical should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Speed Up the Process:

We encourage parents to pre-fill out their sports form from the school before the appointment. This will help streamline the process and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
