Who: Entire Dover community — all families welcome!
Location: Legislative Mall - Legislative Ave, Dover, DE (Downtown Dover)
Purpose: This event closes the summer in the heart of Downtown Dover as a massive city-wide celebration honoring the vibrant Latino community with live music, dance, food, and culture.
MLCC Role: MLCC will be present to equip families with back-to-school supplies and family resources.
Cost: Zero cost — requires S@M Pass registration.
