Back to Basics with Michelle Savas Thompson
Thursday, September 25: 9 am-12 pm
In this 3-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn as a novice or build upon existing knowledge on your Journey in Back to the Basics. We will discuss and practice three of the fundamentals every artist must develop as they lay their foundation for greater art down the road. We will devote one hour each to drawing, shading, and mixing colors. Some supplies are provided; students should bring a 9 x 12” sketchbook. This class is offered at a greatly reduced rate, made possible by a generous donation from Claudette Lee- Roseland’s family on her behalf. We welcome new students or students who are resuming their art journey to register and try out a new medium.
