Join the City of Lake Charles and the Arts & Humanities Council of Southwest Louisiana as we celebrate the grand re-opening of the historic Ben Mount Theatre—a cornerstone of our region's creative community.
For one evening, Central School transforms into a celebration of Southwest Louisiana's past, present, and future through live performances, visual art, interactive experiences, and the artists who continue to shape our cultural landscape.
The celebration is free and open to the public beginning at 6:00 PM. For those looking to make the evening even more memorable, a limited number of VIP tickets are available, offering early access to an exclusive cocktail hour, welcome champagne, premier seating, and a commemorative gift crafted from the theatre's original curtains.
Whether you've spent years inside these walls or this is your first visit, you're invited to help us celebrate the beginning of a new chapter.
Proceeds from VIP ticket sales will be shared between the Arts & Humanities Council of Southwest Louisiana and the continued revitalization of Central School Arts & Humanities Center, helping preserve this historic landmark and support the future of arts and culture in our community.
