Prerequisite: backwalkover, solid roundoff
Dancers will learn the fundamental mechanics and momentum required for a back handspring including handstand snap downs, handstand blocks, and back limbers. Dancers will be spotted on back handsprings and gain a better understanding of the concept of being spotted.
Dancers will need to bring a water bottle. Payment due in full at time of registration.
