Back 2 the Basics of Dancehall through female style! Learn the history of dancehall and foundations of feminine movements.Everyone is welcome to join us for our upcoming Dancehall workshop with Aimee Rose! In this class, we are going to get back to the basics and the foundations of female-style dancehall. These are the original movements and building blocks of the new school AKA modern female dancehall steps. In the first hour, we are going to break down Whining, Jiggling, Bouncing, Tic Tocs, Quinting, and learn some of their variations. In the second hour, we will put our new tricks into practice, plus learn some of the hottest new school dancehall steps right now in a cute little choreography for your enjoyment and practice. While this is focused on the foundations of female style in dancehall, this is an inclusive space.
Dress code: Booty shorts or loose pants, and any attire that you feel comfortable moving in.
