Bachata techniques & Body Movement with Stacey Fong
In this class, Stacey will focus on Bachata technique, which includes body rolls (and all variations), turns, twists, footwork, arm styling, and head rolls. This class is for individual dancers and is recommended for both leaders and followers of all levels.
Each month will focus on a specific area, and you will learn a fun routine you can incorporate into your daily practice. With consistent attendance, you will improve in your overall dance skills, body control, and musicality, which will translate into great vibes on the social dance floor.
