Join us for the unique Official Bachata Sensual Weekender in New York Featuring the Creators of the Bachata Sensual style Korke & Judith from Spain and Alonso & Noelia, one of the hottest dance couples of modern times, alongside with DJ Damian from Houston, DJ Valeria from Ukraine, and DJ Steven!! Full Pass Apprentice Track:

The Apprentice Track is designed for dancers who have been practicing Bachata Sensual for less than two years, offering foundational instruction to build confidence and technique and develop skills of body movement, leading and following, musicality, and dynamic control of self and partnerwork.

Full Pass Intermediate+ Track:

To dance bachata sensual at an intermediate level is to move past memorized patterns and step into the expressive, connective realm of body control, musicality, and partner dynamics. In order to be able to purchase this pass a video evaluation is completed beforehand. Here's the video criteria used to determine if a student meets the Intermediate+ Criteria:

Foundational Mastery

Strong Basics: Confident execution of foundational bachata steps and timing.
Body Movement: Comfortable isolations in the hips, chest, shoulders, and head for smooth transitions and expressive styling.
Frame & Posture: Maintains elegant posture with stable core engagement to support fluid movements.

Musical Interpretation

Musicality: Ability to interpret breaks, accents, and melody changes with body movement, not just footwork.
Dynamic Control: Adjusts energy and styling depending on mood and flow of the music—soft, sensual, or dramatic.

Connection & Partner Work

Lead/Follow Technique: Clear and responsive connection, using subtle cues through the frame, hands, and body.

Body Rolls & Waves: Executes well body waves, head rolls, and syncopations with timing and finesse.

Safety & Respect: Honors boundaries, uses controlled movements, and avoids force—especially important in sensual dancing.
