We are looking for open-minded and passionate dancers of any age, background and skill level. Be part of a growing dance family dedicated to building skills and confidence on the dance floor. We have a great team of Instructors and coaches waiting for you to help you improve your dancing, while maintaining that love for Bachata dance and music that made you addicted to it!

For Tryouts:
- Show up 15-30 min before your scheduled tryout slot and be ready to Dance!
-We will go over fundamental elements of bachata that will be useful.
-You will learn a mini footwork and partner work choreography and then you will do it in smaller groups.- Since we are not able to take everyone, in the case you don't make a Performance team, we will give you feedback and recommend classes to help you stay sharp for the next tryouts.Info about our teams:
- You will be training and learning an original choreography with the Salsa y Control Style
- Practices will focus on techniques in footwork, spinning, styling, musicality, body movement, and performing.
- Routines will be performed at socials around New England with the potential to perform at local/non-local congresses.
- Commitment will be from Nov 2025 - Nov 2026- Practices will be 1.5 hours a week on Thursdays (Specific time TBA)- Once a month there will be a Saturday morning practice for all
- SyC Team Members receive discounts on classes, privates, socials and events by SyC
