We begin with rhythm-focused warm-ups and body isolation exercises to awaken your musical awareness loosen up your body and help you find your flow.

 Choreography Breakdown

The heart of the class will focus on learning a vibrant solo choreography rooted in authentic Dominican footwork. The routine will be broken down into simple approachable segments—making it easy to follow whether you’re new to Bachata or looking to refine your style.

 Musicality & Expression

More than just steps—this workshop will guide you to connect with the music interpret accents and syncopations and move with confidence and flavor.
