Join us for our fun weekly Bachata classes at the Motion Arts Center dance and fitness studio in the heart of downtown San Mateo!??Our talented instructors are ready to guide you every step of the way, regardless of your dance experience. Even if you’ve never danced before, don’t worry! We’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident dancing with a partner in no time. We strive to create a friendly and lively atmosphere where fun, creativity and new connections fill the air.
Bachata dance classes are essential to be able to become a well-rounded Latin dancer. All Salsa students are encouraged to attend, you will be surprised what moves can also be used to dance Bachata!

Bachata Beginner Level Class: In this class you will learn the fundamentals of bachata. The basic turns, footwork, body movements and how to lead/follow to feel comfortable dancing with a partner to be able to improvise and get you ready for the social dance floor.
Bachata Intermediate Level Class: In this class you will learn more intricate patterns and turns, arm styling, body isolations and musicality.
So, come on down and let the music move you. We can’t wait to see you on the dance floor!
