Gadir - He is the founder of 'Train Bachata Like A Dancer' methodology and ‘Bachata Life’ dance school in Copenhagen, Denmark. The current World Champion of Bachata Social Dance, winning the title at the World Bachata Meetup November 2024. A dancer, performer and teacher trained in all styles of Bachata. He has his Bachata Sensual Level 2 certification from Korke & Judith (the founders of Bachata Sensual) and his Dance Education from Sceneindgangen Dance School. He has taught local and international classes & events and performed both nationally & internationally. He focuses on teaching social dance in a holistic way, where technique, connection, musicality and individuality all come together to make us the best version of ourselves and give us the most joy in dance.
Kate - A professional dancer and teacher with 16 years of experience. Co-owner of the bachata studio Sensual Riga in Riga, Latvia. Her first styles were Oriental dances and Tribal Fusion, where she became European and Ukrainian Champion, and went on to judge competitions herself. In 2019 she started her journey in bachata and kizomba, where she has been teaching most of the local community and its teachers. She is a renowned teacher and social dancer in the Baltics, who has also worked at numerous bachata and kizomba events across Europe. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, she incorporates different styles and techniques in her methodology, to ensure the best learning for her students.
Benjamin & Sara - They are a bachata couple from Copenhagen. When dancing their focus is connection, musicality, technique and organic body movement.
Their speciality is bachata sensual and bachazouk, but elements from Traditional, Moderna, and Fusion are also part of the fundament that they try to pass on, in order to give the students the best tools for their dancing journey 🙌
Between the two of them they share a broad palette of experiences in their formational dance journey, ranging from two different musical backgrounds, interests in other dance styles, show performances and winning social dance competitions. They are also part of the bachazouk family, being one of the first people learning the methodology by the creators of the style, Carlos and Paz.
