?Welcome to our 8-hour bootcamp with Issam and Charlott!?These amazing instructors will guide an intensive 8-hour boot camp, imparting the knowledge you need to become a better dancer.

?Block 1: Waves/Body movements
This class is designed to enhance participants’ body isolation and smoothness of movement. We will explore different wave techniques, from lateral and diagonal to reverse waves, emphasizing fluid transitions and body control. Partner exercises will help build a better understanding of leading and following waves in different directions. By the end of the class, participants will have developed the ability to perform waves seamlessly and to integrate them into their social dance.
?Block 2: Headrolls
In this class we will focus on mastering the leading and following of headrolls. Participants will learn the fundamental techniques, including body movements, weight changes and connection points, which help them to perform headrolls in a safe and smooth way. The class will also teach participants different ways of how to integrate headrolls in their dance combinations. By the end of the class, participants will have the skills and knowledge to apply headrolls on the social dance floor with ease and comfort.
?Block 3: Energy flow
In this class, we will develop a social dance combination based on Bachata Sensual techniques and focused on creating, maintaining and redirecting energy flows. The main aim of the class is to build an understanding for the continuous flow of energy and how to use it to make the dance look and feel smooth and expressive. Creativity exercises will encourage participants to put into practice what they have learnt and help them to explore new ways of combining movements. By the end of the class, participants will be equipped with a variety of tools of how to take their Bachata dance to the next level.
?Block 4: Supervised Social Dance
In this section, you will have time to practice the various movements we have been working on during the bootcamp. We will be available to provide individual or group feedback throughout this practice session.
