In this class you will learn about the history of these remedies: a gentle and effective system that supports mental and physical balance. Learn how they can help your emotional well being.

Class will be taught by Elana Haley, an herbalist and certified natural health professional from Trinity School of Natural Health.
The workshop will begin directly after Sunday worship in the MSC Classroom. We look forward to seeing you!
