Don't miss out on this special fall event! We will be hiking through the trails at Whittier Park & Lagimodiere-Gaboury Park in beautiful St. Boniface, Winnipeg. This baby-wearing hike will include a 3-4km hike, a yoga-style stretch at the end, and songs for baby. The hike will be led by Peg Family Fitness owner/instructor Steph!

Everyone is welcome. We ask that babies be in carriers as the trails are not ideal for strollers. We will be walking approximately 3-4 km. This event is not only for moms. We welcome dads and other caregivers! All fitness levels are welcome. Come and meet other families!
