Baby's First Swim

Celebrate one of your baby’s biggest milestones—their very first time in the water! Join us at Goldfish Swim School – Stamford, for a free parent-and-me group class led by our knowledgeable staff. We will be sharing valuable tips on bath time and water safety, helping you feel at ease as your baby embarks on this exciting journey. The pool will be open for 30 minutes of explore-and-play time, allowing your baby to enjoy the water at their own pace. As a keepsake of this exciting milestone, all babies will receive a “My First Swim” ribbon—don’t forget to capture this unforgettable moment with a photo!

The event is open to babies under 3 and their caretakers who are not yet members of Goldfish Swim School. A guardian must be in the water with the child at all times during the event, and children who are not potty-trained must wear a swim diaper.

Info: Parents can ask our staff questions about water safety, bath time safety, and baby swim lessons. Play mats and toys will be available for the babies.

Info: Enjoy play-and-explore time with your baby in our 90-degree, shiver-free pool! A lifeguard will be on the pool deck alongside our staff to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time.
