Come join Coach Beth and Baby J from Beth J Training for a fun and energizing workout specifically designed for moms and their Babies! The Baby Weight & Bands Workout will help you tone your body and build strength while bonding with your little one.

Pregnant? No problem! - Options will be provided for all stages of pregnancy.

This in-person event will be held outside at Coyote Creek Park - 5801 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093 (across from Parr Library), so grab your baby, RESISTANCE BANDS WILL BE PROVIDED, and get ready to sweat it out with other moms.
