$30/Early Birds $25 if registered by May 5th.Participants will receive free chair massages, and enter a raffle to win a Boba Wrap.
Wraps for the workshop will be provided by the Instructor.
This baby wearing and massage workshop is for mamas or caregivers of babies from 6 weeks old until walking (~12 months). We will focus on the following topics:
- Demo and one-on-one feedback for Boba wrap with baby.
- Warrior II to Horse pose yoga flow while baby wearing.
- Infant back and face massage while baby wearing to encourage sleep on the go.
- Breast feeding and Bottle feeding in the Boba wrap
All caretakers (mothers, fathers, aunties, grandmas) encouraged to attend. Older siblings can also join if parents think they will be interested in the yoga class.
Information about the instructor: Jamie Schiffer is an social & emotional learning (SEL) certified, CEIM (infant massage) trained, RCYT and prenatal yoga instructor. She is also the mother of two spunky littles that she practices yoga and massage with on a daily basis. Along with teaching children's yoga at Hapa Yoga, she founded Om Baby Bliss to help teach other mothers to connect with themselves through yoga, bond to their little's through massage and find a community of other mothers in the same stage of life.
