Baby Weaning Class - Transitioning to Solids

This weaning class will cover signs of readiness and why they're important, when and who to talk to when worried about allergies and introducing foods, a brief introduction to Baby Led Weaning along with examples of what that food can look like as well as time for questions regarding weaning and introducing solids.

Although this class is open to all Los Alamos County residents, if the class hits capacity, we will give preferential attendance to First Born families.

First Born Program of Los Alamos receives funding from the New Mexico Early Childhood Education and Care Department, the Delle Foundation, and other community donors.
