Baby Sleep Q&A, Soft Play and Social for Expecting and New Mamas!

Join us at Lander Chiropractic to get tips on getting the best sleep for you, your baby and/or your toddler. This session will be co-led by certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, Jessica Lora, and Dr. Anastasia Lander. They will take Q&A, round-robin style, so please come with questions and get ready to meet some new friends and gain some lifelong knowledge.

The soft play area will be designed & hosted by The Crafty Express for babies/young toddlers to enjoy. Light bites and refreshments are included and hosted by your hosts.

Jessica Lora helps families get their rest back with empathy and clear, step-by-step guidance. As a Mom with a background in psychology and education, she walks alongside families through newborn, infant, and toddler sleep challenges during some of the most vulnerable seaons of parenthood. She provides customized sleep plans, real-time bedtime and datytime support, weekley email and phone chek-ins, and helpful resources as you work together toward your family sleep goals. She offers a free sleep evalutations as well.

About Dr. Anastasia Lander:

Dr. Anastasia's passion and focus is working with pregnant women, children, and infants. She assists prenatal clientele with their journey during labor – from preconception to postnatal and beyond. Her goal for her clients is a pregnancy with minimal to no pain, shorter labor times, and easier recovery postpartum to allow them to spend time with their newborns. Once the infants are born she works to align everyone’s spine and clear out interruptions to their nervous system that would contribute to anything from colic to constipation (for both parent and child), difficulty sleeping and any tension in the body.
