Baby + Me Yoga is for postpartum people and their non-mobile babies! Bring baby with our come solo to connect with community during this supportive flow.
These classes are taught by our recent Prenatal Teacher Development Program graduates. Join them for only $5 per class as they continue to grow in their teaching! Every Thur now through May 30th. You can also use our 40 Days (of unlimited yoga) for $40 intro offer for these classes, as well!
