? Tuesday 9th January - Normandy village hall

During the 5 week course you will learn the following:
??♀️ Baby Massage
A full body baby massage, including techniques to help relax your baby, promote deeper, longer periods of sleep, and relieve symptoms of colic and aid digestion. All delivered by a certified infant massage instructor.
⛑ Paediatric First Aid
An hour long session including how to administer CPR on a baby under 12 months old, choking and how to deal with breathing issues.
?♀️ Baby Yoga
You will learn a variety of different yoga poses and stretches. Baby yoga helps to promote strength, muscle tone, spatial awareness, relaxation, balance and co-ordination.
?? Tummy Time Techniques
Learn ways to make tummy time more fun and engaging.
? Sensory Play
Stimulate your baby’s senses at our baby disco! There will be lights, music, movement and bubbles, all designed to promote sensory development in your baby.
? At the end of the course we celebrate with a baby graduation.
