This unique Baby Massage Course at the lovely Loft Studios in the heart of the North Laines in Brighton, delivers a rich and nourishing experience for you and baby, blending massage strokes, reflexology and movement to treat your baby to a full body massage.Suitable from around 6 weeks to 6 months (by the time the course has finished) baby must be non mobile for this course.
Each week we gradually build upon the strokes until you have a lovely routine to practice at home. Baby is introduced gently and mindfully to the new experience, and you have the opportunity to absorb it all at an easy pace.
Classes are very informal where you can connect with other like-minded parents and carers and feel supported.
The price of the course includes a Massage Guide and Oil.
Weekly videos are emailed to help you practice at home.
Missed classes can be made up on other courses.
Lucy is an experienced Instructor and Holistic Therapist, working with Babies, Children and Adults for over 12 years.
