In this hands-on workshop led by Zayden Skipper at the Mood Fabrics Atlanta Showroom, you will learn step-by-step how to master this technique—both by machine and by hand—so your edges look clean, professional, and beautifully narrow every single time.
What You Will Do
- Master machine techniques for stitching crisp, narrow baby hems on delicate fabrics.
- Practice precise hand-sewing finishes for couture-level edges.
- Learn fabric handling tips to prevent stretching or puckering on sheer and lightweight materials.
What You Need to Bring
- Basic sewing kit (scissors/snips, pins, tape measure).
- Note on Materials: Muslin fabric is required for class exercises and is available for purchase in-store upon arrival.
