In Baby Groove, you’ll wear your baby and learn simple, fun choreography to pop tunes you already know and love. This class is designed for the baby-wearing parent to dance, not for the baby to perform.

No dance experience required. Just show up ready to move.

We blend carefree, easy-to-follow choreography with Freya Movement Studio’s signature approach to build real-world strength and stamina for the postpartum body.

Expect joy, laughter, and a chance to reconnect with your body while bonding with your baby and moving alongside a supportive community.
