This is an event you don't want to miss.
Tickets include 50 minutes of yoga followed by 30 minutes of social time with baby goats & mimosa’s. Don’t worry we will even help you get your instagram worthy pictures!

So why the goats? The act of petting or being near animals produces an automatic relaxation response. There are many mental benefits of practicing yoga with animals nearby, as the animals will lift your spirit, lessen any feelings of sadness or grief, and enhance communication. Not to mention they are just plain adorable!
After class grab a mimosa or N/A on us(included in your ticket).
