**In person classes with reduced class sizes. Masks are up to each individual attendee.**
A fun and dynamic class for first-time expectant military parents addressing numerous topics about your new baby, including:
Diapering
Bathing
Soothing your infant
What to expect developmentally
And More!
Baby Boot Camp is a FREE class offered at MCAS Miramar. We recommend taking this class during the THIRD trimester. You will receive email confirmations and updates from Eventbrite. Please make sure you are checking your email regularly.
We can also offer individual Baby Boot Camp classes over a few sessions. Please call the New Parent Support Program office to schedule individual sessions if that is your preference, 858-307-9812.

*Must be active duty military or dependent to attend (support persons for the family may register as well).
