Baby and Postnatal Yoga is a warm, welcoming class suitable from birth until crawling. You will learn massage and yoga tools to move your baby and your beautiful postnatal body. It can help your postnatal recovery, aid your baby's digestion and sleep and works with their development.This Tuesday class is at The Yoga Tree 1:30-2:30pm starts from 9th September, 7 weeks plus handouts and recordings for £59 , or drop in £9.50 a class. Discount available for those on low incomes, please get in touch for this.
