This month’s theme, "Running Out of Time,"sets the stage for a year of fresh, unforgettable tales. Come 🎉 Celebrate the art of storytelling in the intimate, creative atmosphere of BABS'LAB.
About the Theme
"Running Out of Time" invites you to explore the moments when the clock was ticking, the stakes were high, and something had to give. Maybe it was a frantic dash to make an impossible deadline, a race to reclaim a missed opportunity, or a realization that time was slipping away in a relationship or personal goal. Whatever your story, the urgency of time adds depth and drama.

HOW A STORY SLAM WORKS
• Storytellers have 5 minutes each to tell a TRUE personal story based on a THEME.
• 10 people's names are picked from the hat.
• At the end of the evening the audience votes for their favorite storyteller.
• The winner receives a $50.00 gift certificate!
STORY SLAM RULES
•Story must connect to the Theme.
•No notes.
•No props.
•Please no ranting,no preaching, no politicizing.
