Join us for a fun outdoor Mommie & Me workout! Bring your bump, your baby, or your support person for a morning of movement and connection. Led by JerNay of Blooming Womb Doula Services, you'll learn safe, low-impact exercises to support pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and water. 💚
