Six-Week introduction to Ba Gua Zhang Kung Fu

Attend each of the six classes and receive the building blocks for a lifetime of dance-like, creative, non-violent martial arts.

• Practice meditation in motion
• Increase circulation in lymphatic system and engage fascia
